Dusk Magazine was first published in the year 2000 by an American photographer Ladi Novotny, in cooperation with photographer and graphic designer Milo Zmrzly. It began coming out monthly, with topics such as the club scene, nightlife, music, art and fashion in Las Vegas, in a sensible format of 4.2 x 5.5 in (106x140mm), with free distribution in clubs, bars, hotels, restaurants, taxis and tourist hotspots. It came out in a printing of 10,000 copies. Since 2002, both contents and distribution expanded to include Los Angeles and a European version began coming out in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The whole project was terminated in 2008.
